Brief info
Fr. Ambrose is Singaporean and was ordained as a priest in Hong Kong on 26th January, 2008. He entered the Dominican Novitiate in Seville, Spain in 2002 and completed Philosophical and Theological studies at the University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome in 2007. After ordination, Fr. Ambrose continued to study at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and completed his PhD in Religious Studies in 2013.
Fr. Ambrose is also a Research-associate and part-time lecturer at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Caritas Institute of Higher Education, and Holy Spirit Seminary. He was also a formator of the seminarians and taught at the University of St Joseph, Macau from 2012 to 2015.
Prior to joining St. Joseph’s Church in May 2022, Fr. Ambrose was Assistant Parish Priest at St. Andrew’s Church, Tseung Kwan O.
